Bathed in natural light from expansive windows on both ends and multiple skylights, the loft exudes a warm, inviting ambiance. Step into a curated environment featuring leather seating, wood floors, plush rugs, and an eclectic collection of vintage art. The listening room vibe is enhanced by a classic record player, creating an atmosphere that is both artistic and relaxed. A separate conference room equipped with a Frame TV ensures your team can collaborate in style, while the adjacent kitchen area adds convenience to your creative process. Whether you’re shooting a video, producing an editorial photoshoot, or creating content, this loft provides the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The private, attached terrace offers an outdoor escape, ideal for breaks or capturing stunning shots. Experience a space that feels like home, yet inspires creativity at every turn. We have hosted many production projects and understand the importance of professionalism and quiet environments. The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any questions. We’re located just steps away from the historic Flatiron Building and are easily accessible by public transit (one block from R-W line, F-M line & NJ PATH; two blocks from 1-2 line & 4-6 line). Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. *We do not reschedule any dates or times already booked beyond 24 hours of their initial booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. *At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings with clients who do not have previous booking reviews in either of our venues. *We are hosting limited music video shoots and do not host boudoir or lingerie shoots. *We are not accepting bookings more than 90 days from the booking date. *There is no freight elevator, but we do have a passenger elevator that you can use to load in. Please do not overload the elevator with too many heavy items at once as it may make it unusable.
