There is plenty of beautiful natural light flooding in from the huge skylight over the stage, as well as the tinted bay window lining the reception area and the wide window in the upstairs kitchen. Still, nothing is visible to or by the public. This is the ultimate incognito yet accessible production space. (all light can easily be blacked out by your grips for any production needs). Everything needed for your production is within minutes by car or even foot. Most importantly, this is a very SAFE area. THE LOGISTICS: Since it's a flex space, you can rent out the entire building and all of its amenities or you can rent out only pieces of it. As long as what you need to use is reasonable and available, just message the host and he will work something out for you! And permitting with the city is easy and inexpensive. Being that the building is unmarked and unassuming with direct access from the private parking lot in the back, the stage is perfect for low key, private, and VIP photoshoots and video shoots. The stage is also perfect for table-top shoots, building sets and installations, casting dancers or models, taking headshots, self-taping for an audition, the possibilities are literally endless!
