Booking & Cancellation:
- Visit us anytime to check availability or to speak with a Flour & Branch representative.
- Deposit required upon booking, with terms outlined in the rental agreement.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
Rules & Additional Info:
- Decorations are welcome but must be easily removable.
- Available timings: Monday - Sunday, 5pm to 12:00am & Sunday 10am to 12am
- Overtime charged at 30-minute increments at $150/hour.
- No cleaning fee or insurance required.
- Parking available around the building (paid city parking).
