This medieval villa, built in Cotentin blue stone, goes back to the 15th century when it used to be a monastery, then, in 1767 it served as a watch station to the port. The property has a gorgeous view of the English Canal and has a private park not shared with other neighbors. 5 km (3 miles) from the centre of Cherbourg. Offering 650m² (6,997 sq ft) of living space, with 1,000m² (10,764 sq ft) of floor space, and a 5,000m² (1.24 acre) plot of enclosed and entirely wooded land offering a sea view. Its medieval original spaces, including a 'watch' house overlooking the sea- in its original condition and a bit ran down, brings you back in time. The light is great in most of the villa spaces, especially in the kitchen/living space, and some of the bedrooms. It provides 5 different terraces/patios that can serve for diverse ambiances for filming. The property has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two closet rooms that can be used for office space or wardrobe change and make-up studio. Two living spaces in the first floor, one game/living room in the second floor (this open floor has currently a billiard pool and a living room, the rest of the square meters/footage is empty).
