Every bulb and LED strip in the home can change colors and white balances with the philips Hue App. We also have a home available directly next door if your crew wants a place to hang out / eat lunch / store gear. Filming and photoshoots work great in the space due to the tall ceilings. We have two bathrooms, one bedroom and a large kitchen / living room space. We also have a similar home nextdoor that can be used if cast and crew need a spillover space or an area for craft services. The home has been remodeled to amazing detail and care. Our location manager is on site during all bookings.
