This center hall Colonial classic is spacious with an open floor plan. There's a seamless flow from one space to another (perfect for dollies or steadicam). The house has original 1970s foyer tiles and stained glass windowed-front doors. There is a light-filled living room and formal dining room under a glistening chandelier. Parquetry floors are on show in the den with a wood-burning fireplace. Spacious updated kitchen with maple cabinets and granite countertops are paired with stainless steel appliances and tile backsplash. The kitchen has high ceilings with skylights. Right off the kitchen is an updated half bath perfect for both filming and crew needing to 10-1 (or 10-2). On the second floor, the main suite has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second floor also includes the third bathroom with 1970s beige tiles, a bathtub with removable glass doors, and blackout blinds. The 2nd bedroom is a lilac nursery with plenty of stuffed animals, hardwood floors, and blackout blinds. The 3rd bedroom fits a queen sized bed and a piano (which you can move downstairs if you choose -- and won't have to move back upstairs). The 4th bedroom currently has a treadmill (which can be moved to the garage and left there), a tv, and is currently being used as a home office. The wallpaper gives the room a bit of a "Full House" 90s vibe. (You can remove this as well.) The basement has a brand new washer and dryer which can be accessed for both filming or your wardrobe team. The basement is finished and can be used for filming, storing gear, HMU/Wardrobe, dressing room, or holding. The front of the house faces a quiet suburban street. The backyard is fully fenced in with a brick patio and patio furniture. A small accessible shed sits on the outskirt of the backyard. The house is only 1 mile from a main road with gas stations, markets, restaurants, and a Target. There are no truck restrictions to get to the house, and there is a nearby school and playground.
