2 Miles from the University of Alabama, this olde Tuscaloosa brick home is themed with college decor. Perfect set for shoots of college home, college bedroom, or football themed room. One bedroom is themed after Paul "Bear" Bryant, with bright red contrasted with the iconic black and white houndstooth pattern. The nightstands are miniature lockers to evoke the football feel, and the chalkboard sections of the wall allow for planning plays or taking notes. The second bedroom is themed based on the year the University opened it's doors--1831. The shiplap wall behind the bed, the wood floors, and the softer gray, red, and white along with the antique lighting next to the bed gives this room a quiet and tranquil feel. The living room features a huge floor to ceiling wallpaper mural showing Big Al breaking through the wall. It's a great wall for photos. The living room also has a large screen tv and two sofas. The kitchen is a county style kitchen with painted wood cabinets. It has been upgraded with neutral granite countertops. The dining room is very large and has a large table that seats 6 comfortably and there's also a piano in the dining room. Out back, you'll find a very large, level, fenced in yard perfect for outdoor shoots or events. There is a paved open patio area and string lights give this area a great feel at night. The master bedroom of the home is not themed.
