About the Space

We have an expansive 10,000 sqf warehouse location on the LA River in Frogtown (close to Dodger stadium). We also have a 10,000 sf outdoor space that can be used for parking or other. We have a turf soccer field on one side of the warehouse and a 3500 sqf open gallery/studio space on the other. The unique design of our location utilizes the building’s raw, industrial charm and flexible floorplan to create a truly one of a kind location. We offer multiple studio spaces, lounge areas, in house pro-audio and visual equipment, and mobile furniture and bar counters.
