Thank you for inquiring about holding your event with us. Please review the following information: We are a non-traditional rental facility, meaning we rent the space ONLY. You must provide all event items, (tables, chairs, AVL, etc.) We do not offer any food, beverage, or event packages, as the space is yours to transform as you please. Amenities we offer include access to water and electricity, indoor restrooms, high speed Wi-Fi, and free parking with at least 100 spaces. Our top priority is maintaining our public markets operations, so we will not hold Sunday weddings in June through December, or any type of event on Saturdays throughout the year. EVENT REQUIREMENTS Valid event insurance Detailed floor plan (will be provided after confirmation) A valid liquor license at least 2 weeks prior to the event date (if applicable) Food vendor list for valid license check EMS services (over 1,000 guests)   We are Currently NOT Renting Space To Any Of The Following Types Of Activities New Vendor Selling Events / Pop Up Shops Block Party / Carnival or Inflatable Activities Cannabis or CBD Events Birthday or Graduation Parties Family/Class Reunions School Dances/Graduations Prom send offs Bridal/Baby Showers Engagement/Bachelor Parties   Please note that rental prices WILL NOT be given until you have filled out this event intake form with the necessary details we require.
