This is perhaps one of the most unique and extraordinary private properties in the world. Located adjacent to the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve and in the epicenter of the Southern California population at the edge of the Cleveland National Forest, the site is situated in the heart of the greater metropolitan community yet set in a very private as well as one of the most strategically secure locations in the entire region. Located adjacent to the Santa Rosa Plateau near the highest point in the area, the location is situated on the Redonda Mesa near the edge of the Cleveland National Forest. From the Tower to eateries or markets is less than 15 minutes, and the Tower is located near the farthest fringe of the community. Residents of the La Cresta area can be up or down the hill to services in under 10 minutes. Great golf, the best casinos in California at Pechanga, Pala and others are all very near, as well as the vibrant Old Town Temecula and Wine Country along with the burgeoning craft beer scene.
