About the Space
1960 midcentury modern tri-level with a unique floorplan. Mix of brick and wood siding flowing between indoor and outdoor spaces. Floor to ceiling windows with skylights providing excellent natural light. Mostly and east/west orientation for excellent morning or afternoon light. Many unique features in the molding, built-ins (bookcases and bar), box windows, brick floors, lighting/sconces and more. Front of the house has a one-of-a-kind stained glass feature, including artistic representations of the 4 seasons. Many original decor features, including small-tile upstairs double-sink bathroom, powder room with travertine counters, travertine floor in the dining room, a 'hidden' built in bar, and a 'secret' storage room in the library. Lower level has a small suite (larger bedroom with attached bath). Just over half acre overall, with with large, well-manicured front and back yards. Side yard has a vegetable garden with raised beds.
