What is Offered: Large backyard space with grass and concrete/brick areas, illuminated with evening twinkle lights. Patio furniture including tables and chairs (can seat up to 10 people), umbrella, … Indoor bathroom (only for guest count below 25). Portable bathroom available for guest count 25+, included with total cost) Limited Kitchen use (no cooking, please discuss with host) Host will be on-site for any questions or concerns Uses: Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Eating Events (Brunch, Luncheons, Dinner Parties), Small group gatherings (game night, study sesh, presentations, etc…), Marketing events, Photoshoots, Film/Movie Productions, Have a unique in-person experience? Message Host and see how we can make it happen! Provided by You (“Day-of-Party-Host”) Event Designing Services & Rental Services (additional tables, chairs, decor, etc…) Set-up & Clean-up are included within the hours rented (no overnight) Nitty Gritty: Parking: Driveway can fit 2 cars (or 1 crew-truck), additional street parking available Clean-up: Trash & Recycle will be provided. We kindly ask that all food/drink is cleared out before the event ends. Trash needs to be tied up and left inside aluminum bins. Alcohol: Consumption may only be done in the backyard of the property. No drinking outside in the front yard. All events must end by 10:30pm. This includes clean-up and break-down.
