Guest house painted with a sunrise-to-sunset mural in Silver Lake/Virgil Village located on an intimate 2,613 sq ft urban lot with unique exterior spaces from front to back. The guest house was originally built as a detached garage in 1965 and was later converted into a studio apartment. This residential property offers a unique and intimate atmosphere with great private outdoor areas. There is a bedroom with full bathroom off the back of the main house that can act as a make up or green room. PARKING: There is a 1 vehicle carport available for a compact truck or SUV in front of the guest house. The driveway is not appropriate parking for any other type of car as it's easy to get stuck on the curb and/or bottom out. There's ample street parking available in the neighborhood and it's easy to load and unload in front of the property especially if the driveway is left empty as it can act as a ramp.
