About the Space

This corner location is an absolute gem with 20' ceilings, large 15' windows facing both Spring and 4th, in the Historic Core of DTLA. Great space for a multitude of opportunities. Space could be used for photo/ films shoots, music videos, workshops, events, parties/ celebrations, productions, video village, and much more! Three separate spaces within the first floor are versatile and functional. A clean front area, currently set up as an art gallery (approx 2500 sq'). The back area is a industrial look with large red brick walls with a functional and operational workshop/ fabrication shop (approx 2000 sq'), The third area is a second level mezzanine that over looks both spaces (approx 1000 sq'). There is a center dividing wall that is retractable to expose the mezzanine to the art gallery. Perfect for a band or DJ. There is an additional separate closed off area that could be used as an office, hair/ makeup or a DIT, video review area. There are 2 bathrooms and a work sink in the back. There is no place like this in the DTLA area and truly a unique and magical area.
