Welcome to our creative haven! Our studio was designed with creatives in mind, offering a modern, beautiful, and professional space that inspires and feels like home. Our unique and artistic atmosphere makes us the ideal location for media company filming, photo shoots, pop-up events, art shows, and private corporate events. We are proud to be the leading production, rehearsal, and creative space for top-tier artists, choreographers, dancers, and media networks worldwide, including musical icons like Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Camila Cabello. In just one year, we have established ourselves as a go-to destination for creative professionals. Studio 1: $115 per hour Studio 2: $75 per hour Production Building Lockdown Day Rate: $2000 Band Building Lockdown Day Rate: $2500 For filming productions and private rehearsals, for a 12 hour day. Event Building Lockdown Day Rate: $6000 For all private and corporate events, pop-up events, birthday parties, holiday parties, and fashion shows, for a 12 hour day. Additional $250 cleaning fee for event lockdown.
