The house is haunted not harmful just mischievous…second floor is beautiful…wide wooden floors (feels like an old house on this floor maybe because floors are antique?). Bathroom w vaulted ceilings big oval tiled in jet tub. New quartz counters…upstairs balcony…sea foam bedroom w canopy queen bedroom set in dark wood…this room is beautiful…pink and yellow room w high vaulted ceiling w aqua colored wooden beams all trim in room aqua. This was my teenage daughters room. Super cute and large w queen bedroom set looks like castle furniture…master suite…fit for a queen or me lol…extra high ceilings w loft overlooking from 3rd floor…painted autumn harvest squash yellow…huge king canopy bed w large columns…decorated w African themed masks and framed art….free standing huge mirror…red/gold wing chair…hardwood floors w carpet accents to match chair and bedspread…big walk in closet/office w mini fridge and microwave…master bath has vaulted ceilings w large tile shower…antique looking granite sink and cabinet…corner large tub w jets tiled in…painted earth tones decorated w african and Indian mask and spears and crosses…now back to second floor hallway to third floor staircase…up the stairs small landing w closet and antique architectural desk n chair…to the left is a door that opens to loft area…vaulted ceiling lots of windows I use this as a playroom for my grandchildren but this room has been many things from movie room to computer room to bedroom…it’s a fun room to watch scary movies in a house that makes so much noise at night 😹👻👻…this room looks down into the master suite…now let’s open the door to the right of landing of 3rd floor…long dark hallway that goes to a fourth bedroom w vaulted ceilings natural hardwood walls. Huge windows…all windows are tinted limousine because it gets hot on third floor in summer…king canopy antique bedroom set..carpet floors on entire 3rd floor…big chalkboard in bedroom that everyone signs. Decorated bohemian w traffic signs Art Deco Ect…this room has been a gym…computer room…finally another king size bedroom. My house is very eclectic and well known in the resort as the HAUNTED HOUSE…I have lived here since 1999 and yes at times I have been scared to death but nothing has harmed me but things have touched me and others…the yard is also haunted…so if you are afraid of ghost this isn’t your house…I will stay here if you want the house but are afraid…it likes to scare newbies when they are left alone …ok then I forgot to mention the first floor has a Nantucket Island beach theme going mermaid colored kitchen walls and backsplash and small living room has teal and white old school shag carpet w white furniture and beachy deco…the other floors are porcelain tile and dark hardwood in big living…feel free to email me w any questions…I forgot to say I’m 2 hours from Houston in Rayburn Resort…Lake Sam Rayburn…beautiful clubhouse looks like a ski resort…outdoor dining is very retro…golf courses..tennis…huge pool w cabanas…basketball course…
