RULES: • No smoking inside the building • Outside catering is allowed • Any furniture, EQ, etc. that's been rearranged must be put back into place • All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time • Hourly Rates are inclusive of cleaning fees. Hourly Rates as stated are subject to Regular Weekday Hours (8am-5pm). Overnight Hours (5pm-8am) & Weekend Hours (24/7) are subject to additional hourly fee of $50/hr. • In any case of damaged property/goods, you must pay full market purchase price to replace the damaged property/goods
