This was a wonderful location for our production. Brody was amazing and well accommodating. He made everything easy and and efficient. I woulld not only recommend this place, especially with the lack of basements in LA, but I’d definitely rent here again as well.

This is an amazing location we did a podcast in then shot a short. It has a spooky look and vibe but honestly it’s an amazing set. So if you’re looking for a basically designed location, this is your place. Thanks, Brody.

Brody is awesome, so nice and easy to work with, and the location was perfectly spooky! We all found parking totally fine, the basement was so well-insulated that it stayed cool even when it was hot outside, and there was plenty of eeriness in the space for the horror vibes we needed (but then you step outside and there's sunshine and a lovely lemon tree so it's a nice balance). Very happy with the shoot & video that came out of it!
