The Underground room is an iconic nightclub space with built-in sound and lighting, perfect for shows, film shoots, and private events. Capacity: ~450 Sound + Lighting: included (backline available upon request) Bar: staffed, with a $4,000 - $5,000 minimum (50% deposit, refundable if met) Rates (Non Holidays & 21+ bookings): – Weekday (Thurs/Sun): $1,000/hr – Weekend (Fri/Sat): $1,000/hr – Matinee (before 7PM): $220/hr – After 2AM: $1,000/hr Add-ons: 18+ / All Ages / Filming available upon request.
