The entire available studio space is also available for renting. The space totals 3500 square feet of space across 2 floors. including : - An open-concept equipped kitchen with a 24-foot counter fully equipped kitchen (oven, commercial refrigerators, cups, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils) with a coffee machine offering multiple specialty coffees automatically and sparkling water machine. - An exhibition gallery space totalling 1600 square feet; - A 400 square feet studio with natural light ; - A 400 square feet fully enclosed studio in complete darkness, an open photo gallery space ; - and a 1000 square feet terrace.
