It is a gorgeous space. Rupa was friendly and easy to contact. I would 100% recommend this space.
The space is a beautiful custom home perched on Lake Ontario. A gorgeous luxury cottage in the city!
Upon entering this high-end home, you will be greeted with a cavernous great room with 20ft ceilings, gorgeous modern 20ft fireplace wall with an artsy accent installation, a super modern chandelier and floor to ceiling picture windows.
There is a floating staircase with glass and wood railings that lead to the Juliette like balcony that overlooks the great room and continues to lead to the second floor hallway.
The home also features a black and cream gourmet kitchen complete with high-end kitchen appliances, a large waterfall kitchen island counter/breakfast bar, modern lighting and plumbing fixtures and a custom fridge that blends into the black kitchen cabinets.
The house sits on a gorgeous waterfront lot with beautiful landscaping, lots of outdoor seating, a small private dock with water access and a large deck that’s a perfect space to view the beautiful morning sunrise of Lake Ontario.
