Unique structure of this type in Italy, the first Higher Education School with a Campus that can accommodate up to 200 guests offering accommodation, classrooms, recreation areas, services, didactic supports, SIAF is a real Learning Village. Immersed in the countryside in a panoramic position, a true oasis of tranquility for moments of study and concentration, it is an ideal environment for organizing events, conferences and meetings that place the emphasis above all on the intensity of the learning experience offered to the participants. Realization of a project that saw the collaboration of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies of Pisa (a leading University in Italy), the local bank and its Foundation with the support of the Tuscany Region, SIAF is located near the village of Volterra, between the hills and the sea. An ideal place to transmit knowledge and skills, thanks to a mix of programs, structures and facilities that are harmoniously integrated into an area unmistakable for its beauty, history and tradition, SIAF opens up to its guests for an intense and engaging learning experience. The moments of classroom and discussion or work can be alternated with outdoor paths, the meeting and thematic study sessions are mixed with others of relaxation, with playful activities, pleasant interludes and tasting of local products, exploration of places and meetings with stimulating guests and speakers. Staying with SIAF will allow you to fully experience what we call the "learning experience". The training offer can also be customized thanks to an international network and an interdisciplinary faculty. In six buildings, between paths and gardens, a total of 91 rooms are available, of which 57 are singles and 34 are doubles; all have TV, telephone, wireless internet connection, air conditioning, satellite TV and mini bar. The receptivity allows to have up to 130 guests accommodated on campus. The structure is equipped with 7 multifunctional classrooms that can be divided and customized according to needs, a meeting room and 2 offices for coworking; a recording room and a cloakroom are available. In the case of special events, it is also possible to use the “Centro Studi Santa Maria Maddalena”, located in the historic center of the city, whose largest room has a capacity of 150 people. The classrooms of the Campus are equipped with wireless connection, audio system with microphones, PC, video projector, wall blackboard and flip charts. The large internal and external common areas can be equipped for indoor and outdoor activities, for work groups, moments of leisure, shows, banquets and entertainment. SIAF also offers support for the logistics and for the organization of visits to the sites of tourist and naturalistic interest in the area. The school's restaurant can accommodate up to 150 people in two shifts; it is close to the classrooms, in the main building, and offers an efficient self-service or well-finished and light business breakfasts, refined buffets, gala dinners, cocktails and coffee breaks. SIAF offers reed opportunities for tasting typical local products. For banquets with particularly numerous guests, the canteen is provided with a panoramic terrace on which a tensile structure, that can accommodate up to 150 people, can also be set up. For leisure and more, there is an outdoor swimming pool on campus, a gym with air conditioning and Technogym equipment and a multipurpose sports field.
