Beautiful clean Eichler and Cliff May Mid century architecture. We are available for content creators to full productions. This listing is for all exterior filming use (fronyard, driveway, backyard, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, bbq area, backyard area). Located in quiet suburban neighborhood in Alamitos Heights / Belmont Shores in Long Beach, If you require interior shots, let us know and we may be able to accommodate. You will have access to one of our full bathroom. Easily accessible in the back of the house. Minimum booking is 3hrs. Thanks for looking! Please respect our neighbors with your NOISE LEVEL and TRASH. NO loud music, etc. Sound: We are not under any flight paths. No loud appliances Pool machine is the back by the alley and should not pose a problem for sound. Production with 15+ crew and cast will require city permits.
