A natural light Tulum-inspired studio and event loft in DTLA designed for productions, content creation, workshops, wellness events, meetings, and creative gatherings. The space features multiple styled areas including a lounge, bedroom set, tropical cabana, signature arches and doorways, and the built-in “Oasis” stage, creating a versatile backdrop for both productions and events. Neutral limewash walls, signature arches, and abundant natural light create a warm, elevated backdrop that works beautifully as-is or can easily be customized with your own decor, branding, or event setup. Production amenities include a white seamless backdrop with additional colors available as add-ons, V-flats, reflectors, sandbags, extension cords, small photography lights, power access throughout, a dedicated hair and makeup station, steamer, and clothing rack. The flexible layout supports photo shoots, interviews, podcasts, editorials, branding sessions, video productions, and content creation without requiring extensive setup. For events and meetings, the space offers an elevated setting best suited for daytime and early evening gatherings including wellness events, yoga, sound baths, workshops, networking mixers, brunches, showers, launch events, and intentional celebrations. The layout adapts easily for dining setups, movement classes, vendor activations, presentations, and photo moments. Event bookings include your choice of 20 wicker lounge chairs or 20 folding chairs with covers, two tables with white linens, existing lounge seating, and a backdrop frame. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee are provided for guests. The built-in Oasis stage adds a functional focal point for performances, speakers, ceremonies, sound baths, demonstrations, presentations, and creative programming. Plenty of accessible outlets throughout the space support DJs, projectors, wellness equipment, vendors, lighting, charging stations, and production needs. ACCESS & LOAD-IN Due to building access schedules, the space is best suited for daytime and early evening productions and events. Larger productions, high-attendance events, complex vendor load-ins, or later evening bookings may require advance coordination. Stair access remains available throughout the day and after elevator hours.
