Inspired by travels through the Mediterranean and Mexico’s Caribbean coast, the space blends earthy tones, natural textures, and custom-built installations to create a styled, soulful experience perfect for photographers, videographers, content creators, and producers. This sun-drenched studio features south and west facing windows, high ceilings, and multiple styled zones. Whether you're planning a branding shoot, content day, lookbook, or commercial, this space offers the aesthetic and functionality to elevate your project. Key Features: -Four+ styled set zones including lounge, bedroom, tropical cabana, and “The Oasis” -Soft neutral limewash walls, curated props, hand-built arches, and natural textures -South + west-facing industrial windows for beautiful natural light -Seamless backdrop wall (white included; additional colors available as add-ons) -Changing/makeup area with LED vanity, steamer, and clothing rack -Complimentary mini fridge with water, tea, and coffee -LED panels, V-flats, reflectors, extension cords, and sandbags included For Events: 20 chairs + 2 tables Lounge seating and signature decor Fog machine for ambient or dramatic effect Choice of round or square backdrop frame (perfect for photo ops or installations) Lighting equipment (ideal for step-and-repeat or spotlight) Lighting & Ambience: The studio is designed primarily for natural light use, offering soft, diffused light, golden hour glow, and moody shadows throughout the day. On overcast days or for more controlled shoots, we provide studio lighting gear at no additional charge. ACCESS + BUILDING NOTES We are located in a historic building from the 1920's with charming original details, including manual passenger and freight elevators. Please note that elevator access is available only during operating hours. Passenger elevator: Mon–Fri: 6:30 AM–7 PM Sat: 6:30 AM–3 PM Sun: 8 AM–11 AM Freight elevator: Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5:30 PM Sat: 8 AM–12 PM If you’re planning a large crew or heavy gear, we’ll help coordinate arrival/load-in times based on these windows to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please Note: -This is a natural light studio with large windows, beautiful for productions, but not a soundstage. The space is not soundproof and may not be suitable for audio recording. -While lighting equipment is provided, the most dramatic effects are achieved on clear days, especially during golden hour. -No smoking, glitter, confetti, or small particles allowed. -Candles and open flame only allowed with prior permission. – Large messes, glitter, particles, and damage will result in a minimum cleanup fee of $150 or more depending on damage/mess. -Music is allowed at a respectful levels. -All crew, clients, and talent must be accounted for in your total guest count. This space was designed to elevate your creativity.
