A Tulum-inspired natural light studio and event loft in DTLA blending editorial warmth with a clean, versatile layout for productions, meetings, workshops, and creative gatherings. The space features multiple ready-to-use areas including a styled lounge, bedroom set, tropical cabana, and “The Oasis” stage, all set against limewash walls and signature arches. Large south and west-facing windows bring in abundant natural light and strong golden hour throughout the day, ideal for photography, interviews, podcasts, editorial shoots, and lifestyle content. A white seamless backdrop is included with additional colors available as add-ons, along with a dedicated hair and makeup station, steamer, clothing rack, V-flats, reflectors, sandbags, extension cords, and power access throughout the space. Water, tea, and coffee are provided for guests. For events and meetings, the studio offers a private design-forward setting best suited for daytime gatherings, wellness events, networking mixers, workshops, launch events, brunches, showers, and intentional celebrations. Daytime music events are welcome. Evening events may be accommodated upon request depending on event type, guest count, and building timing restrictions. Event bookings include your choice of 20 wicker lounge chairs or 20 folding chairs with covers, two tables with white linens, existing lounge seating, and a backdrop frame for photo moments. Event planning, styling, and vendor coordination are available as additional services. ACCESS & LOAD-IN The building features original man-operated passenger and freight elevators from the 1920s. Elevators are operated solely by building staff during scheduled service hours and availability outside posted times cannot be guaranteed.
