SPRING POP-UP | MARCH 30 – APRIL 20 Step into the space reimagined for spring, with florals and soft pastel tones throughout. Same studio, new seasonal designs for a limited time. Photos coming soon. A Tulum-inspired natural light studio in DTLA, ideal for photo shoots, video productions, content creation, workshops, brand activations, and private events. Designed to transition seamlessly from a production studio into a private, fully styled setting for events, brand experiences, and creative gatherings. The space features multiple ready-to-shoot areas, including a styled lounge, bedroom set, tropical cabana, and "The Oasis" our built-in stage, and set against limewash walls and signature arches. A white seamless backdrop is included, with additional colors available as add-ons. Large south- and west-facing windows bring in abundant natural light and strong golden hour throughout the day. For convenience, a dedicated hair and makeup station with steamer and clothing rack is available. LED panels, V-flats, reflectors, sandbags, extension cords, and power access are also available. A refreshment station with water, tea, and coffee is provided for guests. For events, the studio offers a private, design-forward setting that can be arranged to suit your layout and guest flow. The space comes furnished with your choice of 20 wicker lounge chairs or 20 folding chairs with covers, two tables with white linens, and the existing lounge seating. A backdrop frame is available for photo moments, and a projector can be added for presentations, screenings, or meetings. For those who want a fully produced experience, we also offer event planning, design, and vendor coordination as an additional service. ACCESS & LOAD-IN The building is equipped with both man operated passenger and freight elevators. Passenger elevator Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–7 PM Sat 6:30 AM–3 PM Sun 8 AM–11 AM Freight elevator (for large items) Mon–Fri 8 AM–5:30 PM Sat 8 AM–12 PM For large crews, events, and after-hours bookings, we will work with you to coordinate elevator access for load-in and load-out. Advance notice is required, and availability may be limited depending on building hours. PLEASE NOTE • Natural light studio, not fully soundproof • No smoking, glitter, confetti, or small particles • Candles with prior approval • Music at respectful levels • All attendees must be included in the guest count • Excessive mess or damage will incur a cleanup fee A high-impact visual space for productions and events looking for a private, design-forward environment.
