A Tulum-inspired 2,300 sq. ft. natural light studio and event space in DTLA, featuring warm limewash walls, signature arches, natural textures, and multiple styled areas. Designed to adapts easily for both productions and events. Large south- and west-facing windows provide abundant natural light throughout the day and beautiful golden-hour light later in the evenings. FOR PRODUCTIONS Create multiple looks in one location with a styled lounge, bedroom, tropical cabana, architectural arches and doorways, textured limewash walls, sandpit, and our built-in stage. Ideal for photo shoots, editorials, brand campaigns, interviews, commercials, video productions, and content creation. Included production amenities: white seamless backdrop, V-flats, reflectors, sandbags, LED lights, extension cords, hair & makeup station, changing/staging area, clothing rack, steamer, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, and accessible power throughout. Additional backdrop colors, blackout curtains, and props are available as add-ons. FOR EVENTS & MEETINGS Best suited for daytime and early-evening workshops, wellness events, brand activations, launches, pop-ups, networking events, creative gatherings, and private events. Existing lounge seating and styled areas create a beautiful event-ready atmosphere with flexibility for your own decor, branding, and setup. Event bookings include 20 chairs, 2 six-foot tables with white linens, 1 backdrop frame, existing lounge seating, Wi-Fi, and accessible power throughout. Additional furniture may be brought in or rented separately. Our built-in stage provides a dedicated focal point for performances, speakers, open mics, presentations, and entertainment. Easy access to power throughout supports DJs, AV teams, vendors, lighting, projectors, and other event equipment. ACCESS & LOAD-IN Located on the 4th floor of a historic 1920s building with original staff-operated passenger and freight elevators. Daytime and early-evening bookings offer the easiest access for guests, crews, and vendors. For larger productions and events, we're happy to coordinate load-in and load-out with your team in advance. Passenger Elevator Mon–Fri: 6:30 AM–7 PM Sat: 6:30 AM–3 PM Sun: 8 AM–11 AM Freight Elevator Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5:30 PM Sat: 8 AM–12 PM Sun: No freight service Stair access remains available outside elevator hours.
