There is no natural lighting. We have plenty of Nanlite branded lighting options to light your space. Equipment loading description There is a loading area that is easily accessible. Staging area is available We have a production room with two podcast studios and 2 CYC walls. We also have another room with 2 podcast sets that can also be used for crew and talent. We also have a separate private hair and makeup room for talent All rooms are available for shooting Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed. We want you to feel at home while using our space, so here are a few simple guidelines to keep everything running smoothly: No Smoking: Our studio is a smoke-free environment, both inside and out. Outside Food Allowed: Feel free to bring in catering or snacks, but please clean up after yourself. No Alcohol: Alcohol is not permitted in the space. Respect the Space: Treat our sets, equipment, and furnishings with care. If you move anything, please put it back where you found it. Studio-Only Activities: Use the space only for its intended purpose (video or podcast production, workshops, etc.). No Pets: We love animals, but the studio is a pet-free zone. Keep It Professional: Be mindful of noise levels and avoid disruptive behavior during your booking. We aim to provide a clean, well-maintained environment for every guest. Please leave the space as you found it, and let us know if there’s anything you need while you’re here. All ages are allowed in the space Furniture and decorations may be move. No smoke machines allowed Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices We have cameras in our main lobby and main production room to protect our equipment. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.
