This location was amazing - super quiet and tucked away which made for really easy filming and perfect audio recording. John the host was a pleasure to work with, flexible, and accommodating. There was great communication throughout the booking, the house looked exactly as pictured and made for a really interesting look for our film. So many rooms and options, beautiful backyard and pool area which was a great and relaxing space for our crew's meal breaks. Ample parking, easy load in, all in all one of our best locations. The best best ever, everything was so smooth. They don’t live there so that’s a bonus. The owners were so helpful & communicating so fast. It features multiple unique rooms with vintage details for varied settings, a large backyard with a sparkling pool, full-size tennis court, a gazebo, and tons of character. The property is very private and quiet and surrounded by lush nature and numerous oak trees. And the gated private driveway/courtyard provides easy access for parking 15+ cars, plus a two garage, a carport, and plenty of additional street parking.
