Are you looking for a location with the atmosphere of a Bridgerton ball, the style of a Jane Austen novel and gardens out of Alice in Wonderland? Than "The Tudor Estate and Gardens" is the site for you! The site is beautifully appointed for a cocktail party, sit down dinner (either inside or outside), a garden brunch or tea party, photo and film shoots . . . really anything your imagination can dream up! Plus, our on site coordinator is always happy to brainstorm event details with our clients. The house was built in 1919 and is Tudor Revival in style, it is surrounded by 6 acres of gardens and sloping lawns. It is a single family home which is four stories - basement, first floor, second floor and attic. The total viable square footage for the first and second floors is just under 5,000 square feet. The home is historic in nature and has rooms which showcase Tudor, Rococo, Mid-Century Modern and Contemporary styles of architecture and furnishings. There is a 3,000 square foot basement and a 900 square foot attic, both are usable. It is set back from the road and also has some out buildings (a barn and garage) which could be used as well for either shoots or for crew areas. There is ample parking for talent, trailers, crew, etc. It is close to various highways for easy access to the site itself.
