Tropical Paradise Home in south LA

About the Space

This is a home located in south Los Angeles in the Athens On The Hill neighborhood. It is near the intersection of the 105 and the 110 freeways. There are several locations nearby for purchasing lunch or groceries. The house has a half bathroom outside for the convenience of your crew members. There is a small pond with a fountain that provides soothing sounds for a wonderful background for your film or event and relaxing the spirit of your guest. Tropical plants provide an image of a faraway paradise not a busy urban center. The gazebo is a perfect place for a dance, wedding or privacy for intimate conversations. The patio and kitchen area suggest a perfect place where friends can share drinks as they unwind from the days problems at work. Imagine laughing children running around the grass playing Tag. Or dogs leaping into the air to snatch that Frisbe before it hits the ground. The deck next to the house can be used for quick meetings or to set up lights and other equipment. A long driveway enters from the street, passing tropical plants that are under the carport and turns into a parking area that provides plenty of space for moving your equipment into place or parking your vehicles. Shuttle service is provided from the parking lot to the venue. Your guest will enter the designated parking area and park their cars. They will be driven to the venue. Your guest will call for the driver to pick them up at the venue and return them to their vehicles when they are ready to leave. The driver stays at the parking lot until called by your guest for pickup service.
