Amenities include patio fire pit and BBQ, scenic view and absolute privacy. Colored lights surround patio making it perfect for evening dining, film shoots, music videos and photo ops! Spacious newly remodeled and beautifully furnished open concept 3-bedroom 3-bath contemporary home. Guests have the entire house & patio to themselves. Master Bedroom has king size bed, 50” TV and large bathroom w/ rain shower and washer dryer in closet, as trees fill the view from the windows. Smaller second bedroom which can also be used as a workspace is next to master, and junior master with ensuite bathroom is downstairs. New appliances in kitchen, separate dining room, living room and family room with 52" HD TV with Apple TV providing HBO, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Easy quick access to Hwy 101 and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Guests will have two parking spaces in driveway next to house * There are steps leading to the front door, 7 steps to master and 3rd bedroom, and steps in back patio. Please note that people with disabilities or who require a wheelchair, will not be able to book this space.
