About the Space
This is a premium luxury property featuring ample filming space that has been seen in film, tv, and commercial productions from Amazon Studios, Mar Vista Entertainment, Caviar, and more. The expansive property (nearly an acre) has tropical vegetation, a beautiful oversized pool, and three different structures (a main home and two guest homes). It has unique architecture that blends tropical style with contemporary design, rare worldly finds, and traditional Indonesian materials. This Villa has a heated saltwater swimming pool and jacuzzi with a pebble beach and fire features. The property features sixteen gas torches, a small buddha pond, and five fountains in the landscaped gardens. It was designed by renown artist and designer, Franco Vecchio, who is best known for his decadent design, unique art-infusion, and grand taste.

Excellent location! The property has a lot of space, a lot of great angles to film with and perfect space for staging talent as well. Highly recommended. The owner and site rep were extremely helpful and professional towards my production. Nice neighborhood and neighbors are really nice as well. I will definitely come back and film here again.
