About the Space

Perfect outdoor location for pool parties, photoshoots, baby showers, birthday parties, gender reveals, engagement parties, graduation, you name it! Outdoor space with access to indoor kitchen and a cabana bathroom is available to renters. Tiki bed and outdoor pergola makes for relaxing space for talking and eating during parties and is a great place for photoshoots given the perfect lighting throughout the day. Access to backyard from side gate makes for easy set up and movement of large equipment (dj booth/speakers etc) Plenty of parking in both front and side driveway as well as empty field down the street. Outdoor area is spacious and can entertain large parties up to 100 people. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. We love to entertain and know how stressful it can be! We will work with you to make sure your event goes smoothly. Don't hesitate to ask questions! GENERAL PROPERTY RULES Guest are expected to adhere to the Peerspace Social Event Policy. All guest must obtain Event Insurance and it is a condition to confirm a booking of the property. ( Host will provide required details) 1. It is prohibited to charge an entry fee, sell tickets or sell alcohol at property. The space is to be used for INVITE ONLY events. The address of the property is not to be displayed on any public forum through social media or on flyers. 2. Booking of property is for the outdoor areas only and guest/attendees of event will not be allowed in home due to inclement weather. 3. Guest are not permitted to use the pool or spa during an event unless event request is for a Pool Party. (Additional cost or time limit may apply for use of the heated spa) 4. Guest may not congregate or socialize in front of property or outside of the property gates. The entrance and exit of the designated outdoor space is through the main double gates. 5. Trash pick-up during and after the event is the responsibility of the Guest. Garbage and recycling is to be placed inside the designated and appropriate garbage containers. (Includes the removal of decoration items). 6. The noise ordinance in our area is 11:00 p.m. You may be requested to “turn down the volume” after that time. All Guests are required to leave the property and have clean- up completed by the designated time, or no later than 12:00 a.m. 7. Parking is limited therefore attendees/guest should use good judgement and courtesy when parking so as not to block driveways or inconvenience neighbors. 8. The host will provide bathroom toilet paper and some bathroom necessities during the event. The guest is welcome to provide any additional bathroom toiletries/set up. Additional Amenities: Guest can have access at no additional charge to a 6ft rectangular table, a large cooler, Tiki Torches and use of the Propane Fire Pit Table under the Pergola, (Must provide fuels and will be responsible for set up). A 10 x 10 ft white tent is available at a nominal fee, Guest will be responsible for set up and breakdown of tent. IF approved, kitchen use is for service staff only. ( Add on). Service staff can use stove, oven, refrigerator, and basic kitchen appliances and is responsible to clean and dispose/remove all items used in the food or service preparation. There is also enough space on the property to set up an outdoor kitchen or grilling area if preferred.
