About the Space

A historic loft unit building that has played host to multiple art studios, galleries and events located in Tribeca on the cusp of Soho. Adjacent to eclectic mix of parks, restaurants, and shops in an iconic area of NYC. The 3,000 square foot space is a full floor on the 2nd level of the building with direct elevator access to the space. An open kitchen is located in the middle of the space which is fully functional for any culinary needs. There is plenty of public and private parking in the area as well as located to multiple public transportation outlets. The space is a working art studio and has played host to photo shoots, filming and fashion/art events to a a captive audience. Rates begin at $3,500 per day and higher depending on the nature of the booking and duration of usage. General Rules Rental hours are billed from beginning of set-up to end of clean-up. Alcohol can be served, but not sold. We have a kitchen and catered events are welcome. We have a private restroom, but it is not handicap-accessible. There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter, sparklers or confetti. A walk-through is preferred after every booking with our team member on-site. For events anticipating large crowds and/or lines, you must have a plan for crowd control. All ages are allowed in the space
