About the Space

The space is perfect for dance classes, showings, presentations, performances, and social events. Elevator opens directly to the space. There is a large dance studio with mirrored wall and curtains on one side, and exposed brick on the other, and brand new Harlequin Cascade dance floor. This studio is great for movement classes, meetings, photoshoots, and showings. We have 75 audience chairs that can be pre-set for additional cost. The lounge is a multipurpose space with open floorplan that can be adapted for presentations, meetings, and social events. Sitting area has a couch and two living room chairs with round coffee table, and option for 8 conference room chairs and two conference tables. There is a large projection screen and mounted projector at additional cost. Kitchenette includes full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. The space has two bathrooms with two bathroom stalls each (2 are ADA accessible) and 2 curtained off changing areas.
