About the Space

We invite you to create a magical experience in our private 600-square foot back yard space in TriBeCa. Constructed in 1900, our newly-renovated apartment at 92 Warren offers a lovely old-meets-new vibe, with vaulted ceilings upon entry and high walls outside, traditional NYC architecture peeking out the top. Our greenery, magnolia and redbud trees are up-lit from evening onward, bringing a touch of delightful romanticism to your event. This space is perfect for your next meeting, small gathering, small wedding, or photo or film shoot. The space also features a love seat, two chairs, a teak coffee table, one large antique mirror, and access to outdoor power plugs. A restroom is available inside. We can set up seating for up to 12 for a small outdoor wedding!
