This modern and trendy lounge is perfect for any party, gathering, meeting, photo/film shoot. A beautifully designed space done in black with pops of red and white, it features a pool table, three mounted 70 inch TV's, flexible seating areas, and formal dining table comfortably seating 10-12. 3 Bistro tables and banquet seating allow for dining for up to 30 seated guests. Parking is available for $20/spot up to 10 spots, outside of that there is street parking or other public parking lots in the area! The lounge is fully private and located on the ground floor of an apartment community.. The space is available for rent from 8am to 10pm daily. Small speakers are allowed! Events that wish to serve alcohol need to use the services of a licensed bartender or caterer. Please note that the features and furniture of the space are subject to change. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. Security Required for All Events with 20+ attendees, Bartender required for any event with hard alcohol! As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces.
