Come rest your mind and renew your inspiration at Towd Point Landing, a tranquil seaside oasis of natural beauty and wildlife. Towd Point has been called The Hamptons of yesteryear with its slow pace and rustic charm. There are no mansions here, or pools, or tennis courts…only a pristine bay, a harbor, an inlet, a world class beach and endless sunsets. Towd Point Landing is a two-story dwelling of approximately 1400sf/130sqm. The preserved natural wetlands on each side of the property provide privacy. The home features a primary bedroom and private full bath on the upper level and two small bedrooms on the lower level that are served by a separate full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped (and we mean FULLY). The inviting living room features a fireplace and 65” TV. The kitchen, dining area and living room all have panoramic views of the inlet and salt marsh.
