Towd Point has been called The Hamptons of yesteryear with its slow pace and rustic charm. There are no mansions here, or pools, or tennis courts…only a pristine bay, a harbor, an inlet, a world class beach and endless sunsets. Towd Point Landing is a two-story dwelling of approximately 1400sf/130sqm. The preserved natural wetlands on each side of the property provide privacy. The home features a primary bedroom and private full bath on the upper level and two small bedrooms on the lower level that are served by a separate full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped (and we mean FULLY). The inviting living room features a fireplace and 65” TV. The kitchen, dining area and living room all have panoramic views of the inlet and salt marsh.
