Towd Point has been called The Hamptons of yesteryear with its slow pace and rustic charm. There are no mansions here, or pools, or tennis courts…only a pristine bay, a harbor, an inlet, a world class beach and endless sunsets. Towd Point Landing is a two-story dwelling of approximately 1400sf/130sqm. The preserved natural wetlands on each side of the property provide privacy.
