About the Space

A new modern-style training and event center is now available for rent in Fort Washington Maryland. The space boasts ten 6' seminar tables, and 40 modern chairs, with upgraded technology and up-to-date features, offering 2 touch screen smart boards, this multipurpose open space concept accommodates all use rentals by the hour. This space can hold up to 40 people seated or standing. Modern design that can be used for training, seminars, board meetings, birthdays, baby showers, and more. A 2-hour minimum is required for all bookings. We have 3 preferred time slots available for booking that you can choose: 9 am - 12 noon, 2 pm - 5 pm, and 7 pm - 10 pm. Food & Beverage options are available upon request.
