Welcome to our humble, traditional home! It's nothing spectacular and is dated, yet everyone who visits and stays shares that it feels like home, and I take that as a compliment. I am easy to work with and folks have shared that they feel a sense of calm and peacefulness when they are here, which is a nice break from the craziness and hustle bustle of GA. Perfect for small productions and lifestyle photo shoots, small meetings, Still Shot Photography, and all Film/Television Productions, including Student Projects, Documentaries, Auditions, Table Reads, Classes, and Rehearsals. Our home is light and bright designed to bring light into every room. The light gray house exterior is gorgeous as a backdrop, Furniture and wall hangings can be moved to create your perfect scene as long as they are put back. Garden tub in the master bath can be filled with water for the bathtub and water beauty shoots for an additional cleaning fee. WIFI Home is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking ( yet only 6-10 vehicles are asked to be parked on the property and in front of the house) has 3 bedrooms, a bonus room off the loft area that could be used as a 4th bedroom, or a changing area, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, a 2 car attached garage, huge yard has a fire pit and garden area, and the backyard can easily accommodate a large group for an event or party. The yard is lively and filled with flowers, vegetables from the garden and happy plants and butterflies. The subject street is wide and has easy load in and load out capabilities. I have converted my backyard dog run into a comfortable area for craft services and downtime for crewmembers. This is a NO Smoking residence Overtime rate of 1.5 applies after 12 hours in a shoot day. Cleaning fee of $50-300 will vary, depending on number of attendees and length of shoot. Power fee of $50-100 /day will be assessed depending on the number of attendees and amount of power that is used. FOOD AND GROCERY: 1.5 mile or less from location include Kroger, Wal-Mart (one street over), Chick Fil A, Popeyes, Pizza Hut, IHOP, Zaxby's, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, American Deli, Waffle House, Subway, Walgreens, CVS, Oz Pizza, and Corner Café, Jerk Palace, and many more. LODGING OPTIONS: Within 2.5 miles. Best Western, Hilton Atlanta Airport, Renaissance Concourse Atlanta, Hyatt Place Atlanta North, Hampton Inn & Suites. All events and parties consisting of over 26 to 50 max. must have security (off duty police officers). Coordinate with management. House Parties consisting of more than 30 guests must be held outside. Limit 60 guests. Kitchen and restroom access is granted as well as certain areas of the home for a limited number of guests. Events: Weddings - indoor seating for viewing and bridal party participants limited to 26. Outdoor weddings and receptions of up to 60 guests are permitted. Indoor Receptions: Seating limited to 24. Standing 40. All held in more than one area of home. Kitchen and restroom access is granted as well as certain areas of the home for a limited number of guests for outdoor events.
