About the Space
Fully furnished house on large lot located in Studio City. Very production friendly There are up to 7 parking spaces available at the office as well as the back driveway which can fit up to two cars. An additional 12+ spaces can be made available for rent in the lot next door upon request as well as many spots as you need approx 100 feet away at a neighboring building. Lastly, 10 hour metered parking can be found on Cahuenga Blvd., to the East of the office. Add-ons: Our office is located immediately behind the house and is great for ancillary space for staging, talent holding wardrobe, HMU, Production Offices and/or potentially shoot at an additional cost. G&E, Camera Equipment, and Cargo Van AC & Heating in all buildings Fully functioning outdoor grill and indoor kitchen space. Pool Additional costs for use of Sawhorse building, overflow parking and add-ons.

I rented this location to host my dad's memorial/celebration of life event. As you can imagine, this was not an easy (emotional) event to plan and host. When I say that working with the owners and especially Monica in order to make this event a successful and easier day for me, would be an understatement. The location is beautiful and exactly what I wanted for my dad's event so the choice based on esthetics was an easy choice. However, working with Monica, and her approvals from owners on things, honestly made this process so much easier and less stressand anxiety filled than I could ever imaginr or hoped for. She was empathetic, flexible, helpful, very easy going, and just an all around good person. I cannot thank her, the owners, and the entire SAWHOUSE crew for everything they have helped me with in dealing with my dad's passing and hosting a successful and loving memorial. It sounds silly but they honestly helped me through this more then they will ever know. Thank you to everyone and my deepestest appreciation to Monica! God bless all of you. Keep doing what you are all doing, which is great things. ♡

A beautiful space that is even better in person than it looks in photos. Tons of space for any use you might need, and a very spacious and well laid out interior that can also be used for production prep. The team that handles the rentals is also top notch, and exceptionally responsive and professional.

Eben and the Sawhorse team are HEAVEN SENT. Beautiful, clean space with plenty of backyard for multiple activities. Property owner provided additional event materials (tables, chairs, sandbags, etc.) as well as directional signage. Even had a crew onsite to help with any lifting and/or logistical needs. Between the space, property crew, and free parking, you cannot beat this place! Will definitely be my company's first choice when planning future activations. Thank you Eben, Monica, and team!
