About the Space

Large room office space with 9 ft ceilings and carpeted floors. Easily converted in to an office setting or use one of our black, white or green screen walls. There are two spaces side by side, one 1200 sq ft and one 700 sq ft, along with a small insert studio and VO room. Quiet back part of the large building although not a soundproof space. Plenty of gear here for you to rent or supplement incase something breaks or was left at home. Lots of additional space for misc storage, people to hang out, make up, pilates, connect 4, etc. Good space, production positive, can do spirit!
