About the Space

This is the production office of Votary Films in the heart of Worcester, MA. We have 5,500 sqft of open-concept space on the top floor of a modernized manufacturing building, built in 1879. Our space was fully renovated in 2020. Light brown bamboo hardwood floors, Red brick walls, 15'-18' foot ceilings, and 360º floor to ceiling windows (with blackout curtains) make this an amazing space for natural light shooting in a very cool environment. Additional features include: - Plenty of parking both on and off site - Stair, elevator and handicap access - Full kitchen - 2 bathrooms (1 shower) - Conference room - Office - 2 70" tvs - Guest wifi - Rooftop access per request - Our lighting and production gear can be available to rent right on site on a per case basis. - We can even offer additional crew from our own team right on site on a per case basis! We shoot our own projects in this space all the time and we love it.
