It is a 30-foot tiny house designed and constructed by a couple with a minimalist lifestyle in mind, seeking to escape the typical trappings of conventional living. The primary focus of the design was on both functionality and comfort. The tiny house comprises a main living area and two lofts. One of the lofts is designated for a guest bedroom, while the other is intended for storage. The primary bedroom area features a private door and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the main living area is a complete galley kitchen with all necessary equipment for preparing meals. Additionally, several dining nooks surround the kitchen, providing an ideal setting for enjoying morning coffee or setting up a home office. It also includes a bedroom loft with a queen-size bed, as well as a twin-sized daybed/couch in the main living room. Across from the daybed/couch, there is a primary TV on an arm swivel, equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, local TV channels, and numerous other free streaming platforms, providing your family with endless entertainment options. The tiny house has an internet connection through satellite internet, although connection speed may be slow during peak demand periods. The expansive kitchen features a wooden countertop, ample cabinetry, a full sink, and open shelving. Appliances include a full range electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The bathroom boasts a full-size corner shower built into the floor, a flushing toilet, a beautifully minimalist sink, and mirror. The on-demand propane heater provides instant hot water. The combination washer & dryer unit in the tiny house caters to all your laundry needs.
