While some parts of the home may creak, squeak, or shake due to its age, rest assured that the home is structurally sound and safe, certified by a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer. Inside, you'll find hardwood floors throughout the home and a rustic vibe infused with Afrocentric influence. The bedrooms showcase late 18th-century/early 19th-century charm, while the kitchen and dining area feature a late 20th-century addition. Please note that the stairs leading to the second-floor bedrooms and bathroom are steep, and the ceiling height is 6'1" with 200-year-old beams above. We ask for no more than five people upstairs at once. Outside, you can relax and soak up the sun in the heated swimming pool in the backyard.
