The original portion of the home dates back over 200 years, boasting a unique wood beam construction that differs from contemporary building practices. While some parts of the home may creak, squeak, or shake due to its age, rest assured that the home is structurally sound and safe, certified by a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer.
Inside, you'll find hardwood floors throughout the home and a rustic vibe infused with Afrocentric influence. The bedrooms showcase late 18th-century/early 19th-century charm, while the kitchen and dining area feature a late 20th-century addition.
