Encino Modern Mansion available for film, photoshoots, dinners/cocktail parties, birthdays, weddings, Masquerade Parties, and other private events. **The listed hourly rate is based upon minimum 5 hours on-site for a still / motion shoot with cast/crew size between 1-15 people. The house has two floors with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a big open chef kitchen with two islands. A The Home Theatre & Guest studio, Built -ins. Living area has Center open Courtyard with a fire place & water falls. Chef's Kitchen has tons of custom cabinet space, including a walk-in butlers pantry. 2 huge center island, top of the line appliances, kitchen opens up into large family room with Fleetwood pocket patio doors for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience and endless lawn with serene private backyard with a Zero Edge Pool/Spa, outdoor BBQ with a kitchen, romantic Fire-pit, a large attached Cabana. 2nd level has wrapped around roof top large open balconies with out door fire place. 3 car Frame-less Glass garage doors. Tiffs place is a large, spacious mansion. The master bedroom is wonderfully large with a nice luxury bathroom. The additional bedrooms are quite small/not available, so if you're planning on shooting in the master, I would prep for using one of the media rooms/ living rooms downstairs for holding. Great hosts.

This beautiful and spacious home is great for any type of project. Spacious drive way fits so many cars and there’s a parking garage across the street which was really convenient. It’s close to Ventura Blvd and that’s also a big plus. Denis was so easy to work with, helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend!
