The floor plan encompasses three spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for study, sleep and storage, 2.5 luxurious bathrooms, and a sleek kitchen that flows through to the dining room, living room and private rear deck. First level, includes a queen size pull-out couch, big flat screen smart tv, dining set for 6, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and half bath. Second level, includes 1 room with queen bed, 1 with 2 bunkbeds, a master with a California king bed, walk in closet and on-suite bathroom (also there is another full bath). In addition to the furniture, all mattresses are brand new and are pillow top (Simmons Mattress), bed sheets, pillows, towels, shower curtains are all included. Yard is massive and fully fenced in. Renters WILL NOT be responsible for yard work. I will be maintaining it. Home includes a front porch, and deck. Street has plenty of parking with NO Restrictions.
