This property used to be the old Arthur Murray School of Dance many years ago in 1948 ~ Currently boasting two very large conference rooms with windows all around 2 sides and a fabulous Rustic Cafe with newly remodelled kitchen and expansive view overlooking La Brea Tar Pits and Park ~ Each large conference room / Rustic Cafe / space is charged separately ~ depending on hours needed we may adjust ~ Two Conference rooms ~ 2nd and 3rd floors ~ stair and elevator access also restrooms on both floors ~ Cafe is adjacent to 3rd floor conference room ~ There is street parking also meter parking ~ and a parking structure in SAG Aftra building opposite ~
