Our sun-drenched Warehouse boasts 25’ tall ceilings with skylights, an elevated DJ booth, custom cedar walls inspired by the cellular structure of birch trees, an 8x8 pivot door leading out to the gardens, restrooms, and a private mezzanine lounge with a balcony. Natural light throughout the warehouse with 3 skylights, 5 14ft windows and 1 10ft window. There are 10 dimmable hanging lights and 9 dimmable sconces. Uplighting available. The warehouse is street level with drive-in accesibility via roll-up door. Everything but the DJ booth and mezzanine lounge/balcony are ADA accessible. Maximum capacity: 95 stnading/65 seated.
