Share Located on the balcony overlooking the street and railway park, the Verandah Bar is perfect for a one-off event or as an addition to a room booking as it’s easily accessible from all our meeting rooms on the first floor. The space is only available on weekends and evenings.
The Verandah – no bar (capacity 70)
Mon – Friday between 8am – 6pm (minimum booking 1 hour)
Mon – Fri evenings from 6pm minimum 3 hour hire (can include bump in and bump out)
Sat – Sun minimum booking 4 hours

Minimum spend $465 includes:
1 x bar staff for one hour
Bar set up
Cleaning
Additional charges:
$100 per hour after first-hour bar operation
