1,000 square feet of rentable lounge-style space, stage and sound system, installed ceiling speakers, and glass windows with heavy black drapes for privacy. **DUE TO LOCATION, THIS IS A 21+ RENTAL ONLY** No alcohol or smoking is allowed on the premises. All floors are swept and mopped after every booking. Bathrooms, refrigerator, and water dispenser are deep-cleaned and sanitized after each booking. Rental items used during each booking are disinfected after use. Enhanced cleaning measures: -The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities -High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected -Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. -Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.

Such a great venue, great customer service and very communicative! Very professional as well! Easy going host/s. They are very flexible and can work to accommodate things for events, planning etc. Our host for the event was Sage. Just wanted to say thank you for your customer service and making this event possible. I would highly recommend booking an event here for anyone who is looking for a venue in the LA area. Great sound system too and very tech savvy.

The space and accommodations were perfect for my karaoke themed party and the staff members were very kind, accommodating, communicative, and professional! I even had some of my guests inquire about the venue for future bookings.
