About the Space

1,000 square feet of Rentable lounge style space, stage and sound system, installed ceiling speakers, and glass windows with heavy black drapes for privacy. **DUE TO LOCATION, THIS IS A 21+ RENTAL ONLY** All floors are swept and mopped after every booking. Bathrooms, refrigerator and water dispenser are deep cleaned and sanitized after each booking. Rental items used during each booking are disinfected after use. Enhanced cleaning measures: -The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities -High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected -Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. -Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.

    I celebrated my birthday in this amazing venue! The space and accommodations were perfect for my karaoke themed party and the staff members were very kind, accommodating, communicative, and professional! I even had some of my guests inquire about the venue for future bookings. The price is great for what you get: a spacious and beautiful venue with all the accommodations needed to ensure a very happy and successful event!
