A recently renovated single family home that has been designed with shoot rentals in mind, so there are lots of shooting options, props throughout, and royalty-free artwork. Fully renovated in 2022, enter through the private gates to a sleek tile entry way with a large wooden pivot door. Inside features high vaulted ceilings, accented with LED recessed lighting, natural toned wide plank wood floors throughout. The gourmet kitchen boasts high grade appliances, sleek white cabinetry with brass hardware and pot filler, stunning white quartz counter tops with accents of gray and natural toned veining, a gorgeous backsplash, massive center island with double waterfalls & a farm sink overlooking the open layout.

Designer Modern Home is a fantastic place for any type of event. The space is bright, modern and well-appointed, providing everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable event. The owner, Derek, is a friendly and welcoming host who goes out of his way to ensure that his guests have a wonderful experience. Overall, I highly recommend this location and would definitely rent it again.

I recently had the opportunity to rent Derek's property for a commercial video shoot and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. Derek is a friendly and accommodating person. His house is absolutely stunning, and our whole team was impressed with the modern, art style and mid-century decor. It was perfect for our shoot and made the product even more visually appealing.
