About the Space
*Film/photo shoots only, no parties* A recently renovated single family home that has been designed with shoot rentals in mind, so there are lots of shooting options, props throughout, and royalty-free artwork. Fully renovated in 2022, enter through the private gates to a sleek tile entry way with a large wooden pivot door. Inside features high vaulted ceilings, accented with LED recessed lighting, natural toned wide plank wood floors throughout. The gourmet kitchen boasts high grade appliances, sleek white cabinetry with brass hardware and pot filler, stunning white quartz counter tops with accents of gray and natural toned veining, a gorgeous backsplash, massive center island with double waterfalls & a farm sink overlooking the open layout. The open concept dining area is accented with a custom glass wine cellar to complete the space. Take advantage of the indoor/outdoor California living space with bifold glass doors leading to a private covered patio surrounded by fresh grass & newly planted trees lining the back yard. Located in prime Sherman Oaks, surrounded by quiet streets perfect for any exterior shots. Outside of the home there is plenty of parking without any restrictions, and also a bus stop less than 200 feet away. Note: No Bedroom or garage access, you will have access to an office, living room, kitchen, dining area, exterior of house, hallway, 2 bathrooms (refer to photos to see all usable space)

This place was Amazing and Derek was an awesome host! Photos do not do any justice to being there in person. The natural lighting, high ceilings, and modern layout makes this the perfect listing! So glad I came across this listing at the last minute! Booking was easy and Derek made sure to answer any questions. I will book this place again for my next shoot. Highly Recommended for sure!
